How To Restart the computer in one click.

I talked with one-click method to hibernate .Now I have to restart the process:-

right -click at the computing device,next

NEW>SHORTCURT

Then input the following command in the box

SHUTDOWN -r -t 30

To this End.
here are 30 that means 30 seconds after the restart .you may exchange or lessen it.
